When General Manager Kathy Van Ness requested a 10-week email campaign, the mission was clear: capture the retreat's transformative spirit while showcasing its core offerings—Fitness & Adventure, Spa & Wellness, Nutrition, Mindfulness, and Pain Empowerment.
CHALLENGE: Crafting messages that would resonate with both past guests and aspiring visitors, while maintaining the exclusivity and purpose-driven ethos that defines Golden Door.
MY STRATEGY: Build genuine connections through storytelling. Each email introduced readers to the exceptional staff, from master gardeners to renowned wellness experts, highlighting their dedication and expertise. I also wove in Golden Door's commitment to sustainability and philanthropy, showing how each guest's stay creates ripples of positive change beyond the retreat's boundaries.
